Hi, I'm Hannah

I’m a clinically trained nutritionist specialising in Women’s Hormones. I help women suffering with the various symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and other hormonal symptoms to feel amazing again by rebalancing their hormones, re-energising their bodies and reinvigorating their wellness.

 

If you are overwhelmed by feeling tired, irritable, foggy, low in energy, low libido, weight gain, mid life burnout and bloated then I can help, by working with me you can regain your spark and feel excited about the future.

 

I use scientifically based evidence to formulate an individualised nutritional and lifestyle plan to create new habits to nourish your body and utilise the therapeutic power of food.

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a full member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT),  and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

 

I also regularly attend professional events and courses to keep updated in the ever evolving nutritional world. I am also currently doing extra training in Sports Nutrition and Fertility Nutrition.
